Each product undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Our hope is that your Optisan product brings you years of enjoyment. Should you ever need assistance, we are here to provide support through our comprehensive warranty policy.

Effective Date

The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to purchases made on or after January 1, 2025.

What Our Warranty Covers

Optisan’s Limited Lifetime Warranty protects your sports optics products from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes binoculars and spotting scopes purchased through our authorized dealership. The warranty duration varies by product category, as outlined below.

Warranty at a Glance

At Optisan’s discretion, we’ve got you covered for:

  • Repairs using new or refurbished parts.
  • Product replacement with a unit of equal or greater value.

What’s Not Covered

While we strive for durability, this warranty doesn’t apply to:

  1. Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper care.
  2. Normal wear and tear (like scratches or dents).
  3. Exposure to harsh environments or chemicals.
  4. Improper storage or handling.
  5. Accessories like lens caps or straps.
  6. Loss or theft of the product.

Getting Warranty Service Is Easy

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Register Your Product: Complete online registration within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Keep Your Proof of Purchase: A receipt or invoice is needed.
  3. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Ship It to Us: Customers are responsible for shipping the optics to us, while Optisan will cover the cost of return shipping to ensure the repaired or replaced product reaches you hassle-free.

Important Details to Keep in Mind

  • The warranty can be transferred if the original owner notifies Optisan of their intention to transfer ownership. Upon receiving proof of purchase, Optisan will determine the remaining guarantee period and register the new owner for the product.
  • Only products purchased from Optisan’s authorized dealers are eligible for this warranty.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty.
  • While we’ll do our best to help, we’re not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
